Just Energy Advice LLP (the "awarding body") is tendering for a solar PV framework of installers. The deadline to request tender documents in 17th October 2011.
The awarding authority is procuring a national Framework for the installation of Solar Photovoltaic (PV) Panels only. The awarding authority are seeking to appoint a number of experienced MCS accredited installers to fit photovoltaic panels in various locations in the UK, using the Framework.
The awarding authority works with local authorities, housing associations, private householders, and other building owners on projects to install Solar PV Panels. The awarding authority will procure and supply all equipment for installation with the exception of wiring, trunking, roof materials and consumables. Installers will be selected for geological areas, and tenderers will be able to indicate where they are able to provide installation services. Tenderers will be evaluated on a minimum quality threshold, and satisfactory references. They will then be considered on a national tender price.
