During registration, you will have checked a box to confirm that whilst participating in the networks, you agree to abide by our Terms & Conditions.

In summary:

All messages are the view of the authors, and neither CO2Sense nor webmasters are responsible for the content of any messages or any other websites that may be posted.

You agree that you are responsible for your own communications and for any consequences thereof. You agree to use the Interactive Areas only to send and receive messages and material that are legal, proper and related to the particular area. Specifically, but not exclusively, you agree that when using such areas, you will not:

  • Defame, abuse, harass, stalk, threaten or otherwise violate the legal rights (such as rights of privacy and publicity) of others.
  • Publish, post, upload, distribute or disseminate or offer to do the same (hereinafter "Post") any inappropriate, defamatory, infringing, obscene, or unlawful material or information.
  • Post any material that infringes any patent, trade mark, copyright, trade secret or other proprietary right of any party (the "Rights"), unless you are the owner of the Rights or have the permission of the owner to post or transmit such material.
  • Post any files that contain viruses, corrupted files, or any other similar software or programs that may damage the operation of another's computer.
  • Download any file Posted by another user that you know, or reasonably should know, cannot be legally distributed in such manner.
  • Impersonate another person or entity, or falsify or delete any author attributions, legal or other proper notices or proprietary designations or labels of the origin or source of software or other material contained in a file that is Posted.
  • Post, upload, email, transmit or otherwise make available or initiate any content that includes any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising, promotional materials, "junk mail", "spam", "chain letters", "pyramid schemes" or any other form of solicitation.
  • Restrict or inhibit any other user from using and enjoying the Interactive Areas.

 You further warrant that any such materials you post on the Interactive Areas do not breach these Terms and you indemnify us for any breach of this warranty.

CO2Sense Yorkshire does not endorse, support, represent or guaratee the truthfulness, accuracy, or reliability of any communications posted in the interactive areas or endorse any opinions expressed in the interactive areas.

CO2Sense does not control the information delivered to the Interactive Areas, and CO2Sense has no obligation to monitor the Interactive Areas. However, CO2Sense Yorkshire may at its sole discretion remove or request the removal of any communication posted on the website at any time. If CO2Sense is made aware of any inappropriate content by network members, we will remove the content as quickly as possible.
